Short Term Rental Conditions

  • The prices displayed at the accommodation units do not include VAT, it will be added to the invoice at the time of the actual rental of the location!
  • At check-in, an identity card is presented, minimum age 18 years.
  • Check-in in the accommodation units is done after 14.00, and checkout until 11.00!
  • The reservation is made at least 48 hours before Check IN, and the total payment for accommodation is made at the moment of actually entering the location!
  • No pets are allowed!
  • It is not accepted to organize parties in rented locations, music to disturb other tenants or to use them for purposes other than accommodation, otherwise you will leave the apartment and the money will NOT be returned!
  • Any damages created in the rented homes are fully borne by the client.
